Caretaker User Guide (beta)
Caretaker is a Dynalite Cloud Platform (DCP) application that enables Certified Systems Integrators (CSIs) to remotely maintain Dynalite lighting control systems.
Caretaker allows technicians to open job files in System Builder from a secure cloud repository and provides a connection to the client’s system as if they were on site. CSI users can manage their own online Interact accounts and projects via a web browser.
Caretaker opens the potential for new revenue streams and empowers CSIs to provide responsive and cost-effective maintenance services to their clients without requiring site visits.
| Caretaker is currently under active development and in limited beta release. The information and instructions in this section are likely to change without notice. |
